Chris holds dual JD/MBA degrees from Rutgers School of Law and Rutgers School of Business and has been an attorney licensed to practice law in NJ and PA for close to twenty years. He worked in legal departments of Fortune 500 companies including Vanguard and Avantor/VWR and served as general counsel to small businesses including a wholesale beverage importer and distributor and a specialty healthcare company. In private practice, he has advised clients on contractual negotiations, corporate compliance, business formation, commercial transactions, and employment law. He also counseled a large county government's labor relations and human resources departments.
Chris draws upon his diverse experience working in and for a variety of successful organizations to help clients choose practical solutions while being mindful of legal requirements and contractual obligations. Having firsthand experience with small business transactions, merger and acquisition due diligence processes, and commercial real estate development projects makes him sensitive to the risks and pressure associated with those special situations. By balancing competing interests and analyzing alternatives, he strives to find common ground, get to an agreement, and help businesses reach their goals.
Vinny Agresta leads strategic planning and operational initiatives for client engagements at CVG. Previously, he served as Senior Manager of People and Business Operations at Apple Inc., where he led operational performance initiatives, team development, and large-scale business execution.
Prior to Apple, Vinny held both field and corporate leadership roles at Walgreens. In the field, he supported the Rite Aid acquisition and integration across retail operations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. He later transitioned to a corporate role focused on Team Member Initiatives and Customer Experience, contributing to enterprise programs designed to strengthen employee engagement and enhance the customer experience.

Gregory Wright is a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer at CVG Solutions, where he develops operational strategy, designs workflow systems, and introduces innovative technology platforms that improve communication, transparency, and efficiency. With more than 25 years of experience operating multi-unit businesses, he has built scalable systems that create high-performing teams, keep goals aligned, and help staff deliver an exceptional customer experience. His approach pairs robust processes with practical, real-world execution—earning frontline buy-in and producing measurable results.
Greg has helped businesses grow from single locations into multi-location, multi-concept operations in highly competitive markets. As a former restaurant and bar owner, he understands firsthand the realities of small business—from concept and financing to construction and day-to-day operations—and the importance of strong resources, great people, and a quality product delivered in a welcoming environment. He also brings lending experience as a mortgage loan originator and financial product specialist, developing creative solutions for unconventional situations. Greg's blend of operational discipline and entrepreneurial drive helps build customer-forward organizations grounded in honesty, integrity, and lasting results.
